If the quality of the bracelet is not what you expected we will refund the purchase amount upon return of the bracelet. In order to receive refund, send an email to melissa@lilybrookejewelry.com within 5 days of receiving the bracelet. Bracelet must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the bracelet. If the bracelet breaks within the first year, we will repair it at no charge and pay the shipping both ways. Please call us for instructions. Production Time Please allow us 7 days to create your order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you right away. Christmas and Mother's Day will take a little longer so please order gifts 2-3 weeks in advance of the holiday. Shipping We will ship your order anywhere in the United States FREE via US Postal Service. Rush Delivery We offer an Express Rush Delivery option which means your order will ship out the following day via US Express Mail service. US Express Mail has a 1-2 day delivery schedule which means rural areas will take 2 days in transit. If you select our Rush Delivery option, you can expect your order to arrive 3 days later.
